On Ramp course
This is a four classes course in which you will learn the basic CrossFit movements. You will get in touch with the technique, the intensity and the functional movements of any WOD. But above all, this course is focused on the appropriate movements execution.

If you already have some experience crossfitting we will just make you an easy test to prove your movements are safe. You will not need to do the On Ramp Course. Just get in touch with us and try it. The first class is FREE!
